CANCELLATION CHARGES

As a small salon, we cannot afford no-shows or last-minute cancellations. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy and require payment upfront to secure certain service bookings. If you fail to cancel or reschedule on time, you will be charged a fee of £60. If you attend your appointment without prior consultation and decide not to fulfil the appointment, you will be charged a fee of £60.
